Court Booking Rules

• Members can book the court a week in advance from 7am. In other words, when booking to play a week in advance, the new booking sheet only becomes available from 7am. All other playing times within that week can be booked 24/7.
• Maximum one one-hour booking per member per day.
• Maximum three advance one-hour bookings per member at any time. If you have three bookings, you can book another immediately after your next booking finishes.
• Cancellations -- regardless of weather, please remember to cancel your booking as soon as possible so that others may use the court.
• Members who are not resident in Pembroke Square must not book more than: one weekend slot, one weekday evening slot (i.e. 6pm or later) and one weekday daytime slot – in any 7 day period.
• Only members who are resident in Pembroke Square may book slots on Sunday mornings to play between 9am – 1pm.
